Edible Projects created a custom petit four for Bocci’s 14, an illuminated cast glass sphere, to celebrate its beginnings in the Pacific Northwest. Fourteen 14 — A dark chocolate cup filled with tarragon cream, elderflower gelée, lemon gel, and shortbread crumble, topped with local micro greens. Finished off with a spritz of pine-infused gin. 500 petit fours were assembled on site at Bocci’s headquarters in Railtown, Vancouver.
