Vol.3 Excellent Tofu

HANDCRAFTED ASIAN DESSERT POPUP

Douhua, is a Chinese dessert made with soft tofu. It can be served hot or cold, sweet or savory. In Taiwan, douhua is served with sweet toppings and ginger syrup.

We will be focusing on Taiwanese style cold douhua, serve with toppings and home made syrups.

Guests are invited to have douhua served on ceramic bowl made by local ceramicist, James Kemp.
